Issue with my slides

I've had an issue with my slides. I took them to AZ to have them developed but it turns out that apparently I made a major error because nothing came out (the roll was all black). But this puzzles me because 1. I know I loaded the film properly and 2. I haven't changed up my settings I've used in previous indoor shots. And so far the ONLY big error problem I've encountered while shooting indoors with lots of artificial light is that on some bad shots the film ends up transparent with very few details showing up instead of all black but like I said the shots on this roll of film turned out all black instead of transparent.

So I'd like to know where I went wrong here since I'm not fully aware of all the details concerning slide film since there may be something I did not take into consideration while shooting since it isn't the usual B&W film. That way I can try to avoid this type of problem in the future and save myself time and money

The film itself should come out the same as other film. Bring it to class and we can look at it. Was this your first roll of film?

It was though now I'm thinking it might be my camera since the shots I developed today (they were the only ones I've taken since using the slide film) came out all black like they were exposed and I'm positive I didn't let it get exposed to any light at all during the development process.
